During busy periods or when an inquiry requires research (for example, fact-checking or legal/technical clarification), a reply may take up to 10 business days. If your message needs immediate attention, please mark it as urgent in the subject line and explain why.
What kinds of inquiries are welcome

What we don’t handle by email
- Legal disputes or formal requests that require certified documentation. For those, indicate in your email and we will provide the appropriate process.
- Real-time technical support for third-party services. We can provide guidance but not direct troubleshooting for external platforms.
